Refund policy

■返品・交換について
お客様のご都合による返品は、未開封品に限り商品到着後7日間以内に返品希望のご連絡をいただければ返品・交換をお受け致しますが、この場合の送料・商品代金返金時の振込手数料はお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。

商品の品質については万全を期しておりますが、万一ジャケットや盤の破損等不良品が含まれていた場合、又は弊社手違いによりご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、お手数をお掛け致しますが弊社までご連絡下さい。すぐに交換をさせていただきます。(商品到着後10日以内にご返送下さい。この場合送料は弊社が負担致します。)

以下の場合は返品・交換をお断り致します。

* 商品の形状（色・形）が微妙に違う。弊社製品は基本的にデジパック仕様につき、イメージ画像と製品に色の違いが生じる場合があります。
* ライブ録音作品に観客の声・拍手・雑音が入っていた。（試聴では聴こえなかった。）
* LP盤の場合、明らかに不良品ではないホコリや録音時のノイズは返品・交換をお断り致します。

Returning Policy

• Any defects or damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item, or 30 days from date of shipment.
• Please note, that except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, we cannot offer any exchanges or refunds.
• If unopened and in saleable condition, most other items can be returned within 7 days for exchange only.
• You will be responsible for shipping charges for exchanges and returns.
